A neighborly place full of life, goodwill, and human kindness.

At Living Branches, residents like to play an active role in co-creating the health and vibrancy of the community alongside our team. The majority of our residents are not looking for a “cruise ship retirement” — at least not every day! Instead, they desire an engaged lifestyle where they can apply a lifetime of gifts and talents to help make this little corner of the world a better place to live.

Here, you are encouraged to immerse yourself in a vibrant stream of exploration. You’ll find plenty of fellow enthusiasts who share your love of art, music, intellectual pursuits, culture, and history. Studies show that frequent interactions such as these contribute to cognitive vitality, emotional richness, and a deeper appreciation of the world. Join us to embrace a lifestyle where creativity and curiosity flourish, enhancing your overall health, happiness, and social well-being.

Living U — lifelong learning.

Recognizing the many benefits of lifelong learning, Living Branches established Living U to provide older adults with opportunities to broaden their knowledge and learn new things. The best part is there are no grades! Living U is for your pure educational enjoyment. Residents and adults ages 62 or better are welcome to participate.

Volunteer

Make a memory. Make a difference.

The Living Branches campuses are fortunate to have more than 600 volunteers who are integral in connecting our communities and providing strength to our residents, their families, and our neighbors. We promote volunteerism on a person-to-person level or through the community at large. Our team members and residents participate in a wide variety of outreach activities, including:

  • Serving on local nonprofit boards.
  • Offering support to local nonprofits, such as Manna on Main Street, Mennonite Central Committee, Liberty Ministries, North Penn United Way, and many more.
  • Student tutoring.
  • Reading books at The Children’s Center.
