Residential Living

Residential Living, formerly known as Independent Living, attracts people who value their independence but are ready to reduce some of their responsibilities, expenses, and worries. In short, people who want to change some of life’s chores into pleasant choices.

Residential Living is available at:
Souderton Mennonite Homes – Souderton, PA.
Dock Woods – Lansdale, PA.

In Residential Living, residents have access to all of the community amenities, including dining, fitness programming, spiritual life, activities, trips, volunteering, and more!

In both communities, you can choose from three accommodation types: villas, cottages, and apartments. These residences range from a studio apartment to a three-bedroom villa with a full basement.

Living options - Personal Care

Personal Care

In Personal Care, formerly known as Assisted Living, in Montgomery and Bucks County, PA, you can stay independent while enjoying a worry-free, active lifestyle with the supportive services you need. A Personal Care community provides the supportive services seniors need while empowering them to retain their independence as much as possible. Residents enjoy three meals a day, around-the-clock care available as they need, and an abundant offering of activities and fitness opportunities in which they can participate as they choose.

Memory Care

Living Branches Memory Care communities provide the right environment for those living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. We offer compassionate, friendly, and empowering care in a secure environment designed to promote resident independence and well-being.

Our team members are extensively educated and trained in all aspects of dementia, recognizing that the condition affects everyone in a unique way. As such, we prioritize getting to know each resident individually to best cater to their specific needs. Our goal is to establish a daily routine that promotes social interaction and provides a sense of comfort.

Health Care

Health Care, formerly called Skilled Nursing, is available on a short-term or long-term basis to seniors who require the most assistance with their daily needs. Health Care is available at Souderton Mennonite Homes and Dock Woods, both CMS five-star rated communities. Our licensed team provides individualized care for residents needing 24-hour assistance in a clean and bright environment. A full team of professionals is available, including physicians, therapists, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, dietitians, life enrichment coordinators, and music therapists.
